These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and hp777 ("hp777," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at hp777.biz and its associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

hp777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Provision of false information regarding your age, identity, or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hp777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. hp777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of duplicate account activity.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, your registered mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by hp777 for the purpose of identity verification (KYC) and regulatory compliance.

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines, hp777 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, lifting deposit limits, or upon periodic account review. Acceptable documents include a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) identification card, UMID, driver's license, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. hp777 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. hp777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify hp777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

All deposits to your hp777 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. hp777 accepts GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as indicated on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. hp777 does not accept deposits from third parties.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. hp777 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts under standard transaction amounts, subject to security checks. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day under normal conditions. hp777 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

All transactions on the hp777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. hp777 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your payment provider.

hp777 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. hp777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. All games on the hp777 Platform utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by hp777, players, or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game — including but not limited to software errors, disconnections, or display faults — hp777 reserves the right to void affected bets. No bet will be settled on the basis of a result produced by a technical malfunction. hp777's decision regarding the outcome of any game dispute is final, subject to the Platform's formal complaints procedure.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the designated game supervisor are final in the event of any dispute regarding the conduct of the game. For sports betting, bets are settled in accordance with the rules specific to each market as published on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hp777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using a fraudulent payment method, stolen card, or funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or decompile any software or technology used by hp777.
• Creating accounts using false personal information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform or interferes with other players' enjoyment.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.

hp777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any balance held in such accounts, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

All content on the hp777 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and data compilations, is the property of hp777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of hp777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hp777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, loss of data, or interruption of service.

hp777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of funds held in the player's account at the time the claim arose.

hp777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own devices.

hp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where hp777 reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Regulatory requirements mandate account closure or restriction.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player.

Upon closure of an account for cause, hp777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real money balances not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to hp777.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hp777's customer support. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are treated as a priority and processed without delay.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the hp777 Platform shall first be submitted to hp777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through hp777's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

hp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
